Dr. Russell Johnson
Dr. Johnson received his veterinary medical degree in 1990 from Texas A & M University and has practiced veterinary medicine in the greater Dallas / Ft. Worth area, including North Richland Hills, for almost 20 years.
In addition to practicing general veterinary medicine, Dr. Johnson also has special interests in dermatology, endocrinology, and internal medicine. He is the ONLY Pen HIP certified veterinarian in NE Tarrant County, allowing him to excel in canine hip evaluation, important for properly diagnosing hip dysplasia which canaffect many popular dog breeds.
Dr. Johnson, an Abilene, Texas native, came into veterinary medicine following in his grandfather's footsteps." I grew up listening to stories my grandfather would tell about his days as a veterinary practitioner," he says, which has helped give Dr. Johnson "a passion for animals and for learning as much as possible about them." It is his caring personality and high level of veterinary skill that has quickly made him a popular veterinarian among Neighborhood's clients and their pets.
As a husband and father, Dr. Johnson enjoys spending time with his family as well as his two dachshunds, Chisum and Lilly. His wife, Lisa, joined the clinic team in January 2010, and his son Reese enjoys playing soccer when not slaving away at school. Fishing and camping are Dr. Johnson's favorite activities outside of providing the best medical care possible to the dogs and cats at Neighborhood Pet Health Center.

Hi, my name is Magan, I have been working at NPHC since January 2011 and I am enjoying every bit of it! When I am not at work taking care of your babies, I'm usually at home being entertained by my dogs, rats and cat. Gracie, who is with me in my picture, is my pride and joy. I like to play soccer, volleyball and watch the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Rangers on my day off.

Hi! My name is Tiffany. I have been blessed to be able to work at NPHC for the great years. I have three dogs that are my joy. I spend most of my time being a wife and a mom to a wonderful family. I attend church regularly and have seen many blessings come my way. I teach the infants and toddlers at my church and count my blessings daily. Here at NPHC you will also meet a wonderful woman named Aubrey. She and I have been best friends since the third grade and really take pride in working at such a wonderful place. Here at NPHC we have and will meet wonderful people and families that really become apart of us. I am thankful for all who make my life so special.

Hi, My name is Aubrey. I have been working at NPHC since August 2008, and I love It! When I am not helping care for the babies here at Neighborhood, I have my own family consisting of three dogs "Boo", "Remmy" and "Brody" (as seen in my photo!), my horse "Jazzie", my snake "Rafiki" and a few awesome fish! In my spare time I enjoy working out, helping with children at church, horseback riding, traveling and hanging out with friends.

Hi, My name is Tony. I have been with NPHC since March 2009. I am the supervisor for our boarding facilities. I take pride in making sure myself and our kennel techs take care of all of our clients like they are part of our own families. When I am not here at NPHC I like to spend time at home with my five dogs, one cat and two leopard geckos.
